Autumn Letterboxing
We got a chance to glimpse the unique and attractive woodland waterfowl...the Wood duck. This one is a mature drake in full plumage - a great specimen. We then went for a hike in some of the old growth hemlock forest in Mifflin County to retrieve a couple of True Indigo's letterboxes - what a treat of a hike on such a gorgeous autumn day!
We also had some time to fool around while mom and Evelyn were stamping into the logbook. And we certainly had time to soak up the spectacular views.
